Crafted From Irish Oak
Oak has long been valued in Irish woodworking for its durability and character. While you may associate Ireland’s landscape with rolling, green farmlands, much of the west of Ireland was once covered in oak woodlands.
The Oak tree symbolizes strength, morale, resistance, and knowledge. The Oak is sacred to Druids and is associated with protective spellcraft. It was also used in Viking Dublin for shipbuilding and has a famous associate with St. Brigid, who founded Cill Dara (Church of the Oak) in Kildare in the 5th century.
This Oak is sourced locally, from County Galway (Contae Na Gaillimhe) where RusTech is based.

RusTech Wood

Founded in 2016 in Claregalway, County Galway, RusTech Wood became the first company in the world to create watches from 100% Irish wood. Each piece begins with a carefully selected native timber, including Irish yew, ash, oak, and reclaimed whiskey casks.
