Coastal artworks shaped by tide, texture, and the quiet rhythm of the Irish shore.
Shaped by tide, texture, and the quiet rhythm of the Irish coast.
Jess Irwin creates contemporary shell and coastal artworks inspired by the shoreline she sees every day in coastal Kerry. Each piece is thoughtfully composed using hand-collected shells and natural materials, arranged to capture movement, light, and playful color.
Every shell is individually selected along the Atlantic shore before being carefully cleaned, hand-painted with intricate patterns, and arranged into a finished composition. The natural curves and ridges of the shell guide the design, allowing the artwork to follow the form created by the sea itself. What appears delicate at first glance reveals remarkable detail up close, where fine lines, layered color, and subtle textures bring each piece to life.
At Éirden, we selected Jess Irwin Art for its authenticity and sense of coastal memory. Her pieces evoke walks along the Atlantic edge and the calm that follows. These are not decorative prints but tactile works shaped by nature and assembled by hand in Ireland.
Each artwork is handmade in Ireland and carefully curated as part of our verified artisan collection.
